Mini USB port for the iPad 2

  Not only there wont be a display port but also there wont be an SD card slot for the ipad 2 but apple will put a mini usb port for the ipad 2.

 14 companies have signed a memorandum of understanding in 2009 with EU which asks the companies to use a unified charger for all devices.

 The EU have asked the companies to begin including the mini USB ports in there mobile and electronic devices to allow the EU citizens to enjoy the common charger as soon as possible.
 Apple is one of these companies that have signed the memorandum which requires the company to use this universal charger.
 the ipad cases that have surfaced suggest that the ipad will have 1 new port on the top of the device but its not specified rumors have speculated that this might be a display port, but now it looks certain that this is a mini USB port. and thats not hard for apple to achieve since the ipad charger already has a usb port.
